Cutting and Modeling
Equipped with a CAD/CAM system, we develop molds for cutting with maximum use, thus minimizing waste and thus respecting the ecological footprint. We have two cutting tables that guarantee a large production capacity.
Production
The manufacture of products is done in-house. We have many sewing machines of various types, which allows us to execute a wide range of products responding to the required specifications as well as the desired creativity.
Packing
Made according to customer specifications, from custom bags, woven labels, cardboard labels, boxes, etc…
Expedition
With the support of our transport partners, we can place the products anywhere on the globe, whether in boxes or pallets.
Customizations
We manage all types of customizations, from their development, production management and quality verification. We have extensive experience in managing embroidery, localized prints, meter prints, high frequency prints, all-over sublimations, piece sublimations, serigraphic transfers, stone transfers and piece dyeing.
Accessories
To complete the entire production process and deliver the finished product, we offer our customers an accessory and label management service. We can supply grommets, cords, fasteners, buttons, springs, leather appliqués, silicone appliqués, metallic appliqués, custom ribbons, custom elastics, hang tags and labels.
